NEW classes are added weekly and there are a variety of class styles and lengths to suit all-levels. You get to choose which class you do based on your time availability and energy levels each day.

Hi, I’m Steph! I’m a yoga teacher, educator and creator who is passionate about mental and physical health. I believe that daily mindfulness and movement are vital to our overall wellbeing and are what inspire us to do more of what we love.
